1. Non-returnable items (for safety reasons)

Due to hygiene laws in the EU, the following items cannot be returned once opened or damaged:

  • Opened food packages

  • Refrigerated or frozen products

  • Dairy products

  • Fresh vegetables or herbs

  • Items with short expiry dates

2. Items eligible for return

We accept returns when:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is expired or faulty upon arrival

4. Refund process

  • Product name

  • Photo of the damaged/expired item

  • Photo of the package
