1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website by customers located within the European Union.

2. Products and Availability

We offer pre-packaged food products, beverages, and traditional Persian goods. All items are subject to availability and the pricing shown at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders across the Czech Republic and the European Union using our logistics partner DPD.

  • Estimated delivery within Czech Republic: 2–5 business days
  • Estimated delivery across Europe: 3–7 business days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on DPD’s operational conditions, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Payment

Payments are made securely online through approved payment providers such as PayU. Cash on delivery is not available.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to EU consumer protection regulations and hygiene standards, food products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation of:

  • The damaged or incorrect items
  • The outer package (including shipping label)

The following conditions apply:

  • Only unopened and sealed items may be considered for return.
  • If the issue is caused by us or our logistics partner (wrong item or defective goods), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items, or after we confirm clear evidence of damage/defect.

6. Registration

Creating an account is required to place an order. Customers are responsible for ensuring all account details (name, address, contact information) are accurate and up to date.

7. Age Restrictions

No age restrictions apply, as we do not sell age-restricted products.

8. VAT and Pricing

All prices displayed on the website include VAT in accordance with Czech and EU tax regulations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the company’s registered address, in accordance with applicable EU law.
